1. Customer must provide necessary details upon booking.

2. Full payment is required upon booking, otherwise booking will not be confirmed. All provided details are considered final once booking is confirmed.

3. Free backdrop options are limited to 4 colors; If the customer wishes to change the installed backdrop, P150 will be charged for every backdrop installation/change.

4. Availing extra services must be confirmed upon booking.

5. All confirmed booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling on available date and time is subject to availability.

1. Kindly arrive on time of your scheduled appointment.

2. Observe proper decorum towards the people and property.

3. Kindly ask assistance from any studio personnel if not familiar with the use of studio equipment.

4. Smoking inside the studio is prohibited. There is a designated smoking area within the building.

5. Breaking laws and/or bringing illegal items/substances into the studio is strictly prohibited. The 210 team will be forced to call the authorities.

6. Kindly report damages, problems and any concerns to studio personnel immediately.

7. Use of paint, powders or any material that may affect and/or damage the studio interior and electronic equipment is not allowed.

8. Food and beverages must not be brought near studio set up and equipment.

9. Proper disposal of trash must be observed. Clean as you go.

10. Stepping on backdrop with outside shoes is highly discouraged. If outside shoes is required for the session, kindly wipe the soles clean first.

11. Keep the sound level down, other businesses and residence occupy the building

12. Special studio equipment are only available by request with advance notice

13. Observe maximum of 15 pax inside the studio at any given time

14. Damages within the property and violation of rules will require necessary fines

15. All necessary payables must be settled within 24 hours of the booked date

16. Parking slot must be requested upon booking. First (1) one slot is free, succeeding (maximum of 3) slots request must be settled upon arrival at the studio. *P50 per slot Failure to request for parking space ahead will not be accommodated.
